Apple Ecosystem
Conclusion
Indians are fond of showing off. The iPhone is the best way to show off without trying to tell everyone around you how much it costs you to buy one. You can't literally carry your car around in your pockets or keep the price tags dangling from your high-street branded clothes.
With the launch of Apple stores in Mumbai and Delhi, Apple is extending its physical presence in India. But it's not just about retail. Apple is cultivating an ecosystem in the country, from its robust online store to its Apple Music and Apple TV+ services, all tailored to Indian preferences. By building this interconnected ecosystem, Apple is making the iPhone more than just a device --it's becoming a gateway to a complete digital lifestyle.
Is buying an iPhone worth the Money? Why or Why not?
It depends on your conditions.
Look from my perspective ones.
Let's take an average person from both India and USA. The Indian average salary is around 30000 and the average USA salary is around 5000$. The cost of iPhone 15 Pro 128GB in India is around 130000 and in the USA it's 999$.
Now if an American wants to buy an iPhone he can easily bite by saving just 20% of 1 month's salary which is possible. If an Indian wants to buy the same mobile, he has to give his 4-month salary to the mobile only. You can say that he has worked for 4 months only for one mobile.
If you belong to the rich Indian category which earns 6-7 lakh per month, then I think you will not care about it.
I see many people around who have a salary of 25k to 30k and have an iPhone 15. They had done it on EMI. You can do it too but I don't think it's a wise option.
2024 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the iPhone in India. From affordability and financing options to superior technology, software updates, and the expansion of 5G, Apple has strategically positioned itself to capture the hearts and wallets of Indian consumers. The combination of Apple's innovation, the growing tech-sevviness of India's population.
